A very short update-kinda thing only not really

Posting on the laruku_in_words comm and seeing the new LJ interface kinda remined me of how long ago it was that I have posted myself last. I know I haven't been posting at all lately, despite kinda having promised to, but it does NOT mean I haven't been writing. So this is kind of an "I try to excuse myself" kind of post. I have literally something like 30 fics (not a hyperbole in ANY way, more of an understatement actually) that I have started-but-not-finished-yet lying around, getting updated, each, every once in a blue moon. This includes:
A yakuza AU fic
A school AU fic
A jail one-shot fic
A host club AU one-shot fic
An HP AU fic
10 different random one-shots
The two one-shot sequels to "Congratulations"
At least three different parts of "To submit" continued
A Yukido fic
A Laruku-history fic thingy
At least 5 or so random PWPs
AND MUCH MUCH MORE...
all started. Some of them already have at least a few chapters ready, and most of them get updated every once in a while, adding up to quite a lot of words written all the time actually... and that does not include a couple of RPGs I am writing with someone constantly. So yes, I am writing. And all of that writing is connected to Laruku (and Tetsuhai, actually, 99% of the time). The only problem is: I don't know whether or not or when I will finish any of them, which means I end up posting nothing. I'm sure most of you people are getting sick of all those fics that get posted but end up as forever-WIPs, so I don't want to add up to them even more.

So yes, that is my excuse: the plot-bunnies have been merciless to me lately, and yet I don't have the patience to finish up with any of them. So unless you want me to start posting some half-assed fics that EACH get updated once a year... I'm afraid I don't know what else I can promise to you all. Sorry m_._m

I think a lot of people in the fandom are writing but not posting. I'm doing that since I don't really write in the L'Arc fandom anymore. Found a new fandom to play with.

A lot of your fics sound really interesting :) I'm in the middle of drafting up a prequel to my main yakuza fic right now so I'd love to read yours.

I think it's best for you to wait and keep working on finishing pieces. As a reader, I prefer to have most of the fic already posted before I start reading so I'm not tormented and waiting for more. So, your process of waiting seems like it's working out for the best. Good luck with your fics and RPGs!

Aww, no, don't stop writing for us :( It's lonely here already as it is :(

But I guess I can understand that one sometimes needs to take a break and try some different things instead.

Yeah, I think I'll continue to just write at my own pace. I just wanted to write up something so that people would know what's happening. Even though I guess that's a bit egoistic since that means I presume people care XD

I have no real inspiration since L'Arc is doing nothing and my feelings about VAMPS are strictly so-so. My new fandom is very active and fits with the AU idea I have so I'm having fun with them XD If I have ideas for L'Arc, I'll try writing them out but I haven't had a strictly L'Arc idea in well... a long time. It's all Hyde related but generally some crossover.

That sounds like a good idea. Makes sense. Lol I guess so but it's nice to post these updates XD Helpful too to see what stories are in progress

I'll be patiently waiting. Well, I try on the patient anyways. But muses come and muses go and I understand that some things will be lost in the forever WIP folders of our harddrives. It's good to know you are writing though!
